HDData - a small but very useful TOOLS to monitor the status of your hard drives. It helps prevent the loss of your data, observing the state of the hard disks installed in the system and a timely warning of their critical condition.
HDData is a small program that is always alert in the background of your Window Computer.
HDData measures the Hard Drive Temperature and all other kind of Hard Drive parameters. If one of these parameters is exceeding a threshold or sensing an SMART error, HDData will warn you, HDData will Act for you. You can control what actions HDData will execute for you when the Hard Drive Temperature reaches a Warning and / or an SMART Alarm setting.
You have still time to save your work before the Hard Drive gets overheated and gets irretrievable broken down. You can act before losing everything!
HDData Tray Icon
Except for this small Tray Icon, next to your system clock, you will not see HDData working.
HDData, the Hard Drive Temperature Monitor, will not influence your computers performance at all.
HDData can detect all kind of Hard drives. IDE, SATA and SATA2, SCSI and USB drives
(note: USB-drives don't provide SMART data)
HDData is software for monitoring Temperature and SMART that prevents Hard drive damage from overheating.
